Wolfgang Wagner, Expert hearing in the Dutch Parliament The Foreign Affairs Committee of the Dutch Parliament (‘Tweede Kamer’) invited me to an expert hearings on the strategic autonomy of the European Union on 10 November 2021 and on sanctions on 27 January 2022. The hearings followed up on papers I had written together with Paul van Hooft of The Hague Center of Strategic Studies and with Michal Onderco (Erasmus University Rotterdam).
