This Master’s programme prepares you to become a multidisciplinary change expert, capable of analysing complex issues and intervening using insights from behavioural science, business administration, and change management. You apply academic research methods directly to challenges in your own work environment, contributing to sustainable organisational development and academic advancement.
Evidence-Based Management is a core component of the programme, supported by collaboration with the Center for Evidence Based Management. Societal transitions such as digitalisation, sustainability, and the energy transition are integrated throughout the curriculum, aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
