His practical example is about activating students by intensively interacting with them in class. He asks questions and invites students to share their views. He takes the time to let them think and does not answer immediately when there is an uncomfortable silence. He also lets the students discuss in groups of two (buzz-groups) to create an intimate and lively atmosphere in which everyone is active.
