During this afternoon, you can learn about and practice the tradition of Zen. You will get a taste of what it is like to meditate in the tradition of Zen – what to look out for, how to hold your body, what to focus on. There is plenty of room for questions and conversation, and we'll share some tea together.
Before we dive into practicing Zen-meditation however, Ronald, our guide, will share a bit about the context of the tradition of Zen. However, the afternoon will mostly be focused on the practical side of meditation. In two periods of 10-15 minutes, we'll try out Zen-meditation, with an interlude for questions and conversations. We close with a cup of tea.
