LEARNING P ATH VALORISATION AND IMPACT

IXA offers a new learning path on valorisation and impact. Th e aim? To inspire you and make you aware of the power of creating val ue and impact through your research, and how you can actually achieve that impact.

< strong>THE CONTENT OF THE LEARNING PATH VALORISATION AND IMPACT

What can you expect from this Learning Path?
The Learni ng Path is composed of 2 modules of a total of 3 workshops interspers ed with online information.

The first Module focuses on impact, what it means for you, how to create it, the challenges youโ€™ll enc ounter and how to take the first steps to create impact. Module 2, co nsisting of two workshops, guides you in concretising your ideas or r esearch results into a plan. You will make a stakeholder analysis and learn about the support available within the knowledge institute.

Throughout the course the focus will be on translating your resea rch into an idea that can evolve into a service, product or way of pu blic outreach. IXA organises the Learning Path Valorisation and Impac t twice a year.

LOCATION

The workshops a re alternately held at the VU Campus or one of the UvA campuses.

CERTIFIC ATE AND CREDITS

Would you like a certificate of partic ipation? You can request one after completing the learning path.

In this module, you will work on your own idea. During two interactive half-day sessions, you will further develop and concretise your idea.

By the end of these sessions , you will have a clear plan towards impact and an overview of the co ntacts in your network who can help you move forward.

WHAT PARTICIPANTS SAY ABOUT THE LEARNING PATH The workshop helped to make my ideas a little more concrete, in addition it was nice to brainstorm a bout these ideas with others. I found the different framewor ks and models that were offered very useful. It helps to organise you r thoughts and make a plan for the future. The sessions were really inspiring, and also a good combination of practice with lectu re. We had a lot of opportunities to discuss our ideas with each othe r It's encouraged to find partners, rather than trying to do everything yourself.
