It is our pleasure to i nvite you to the annual ABRI PhD Day, which will take place on Wednes day, 7th of May.
The program will start at 9:00 with coffee an d tea in HG-07A33 , and we will close the day in an informal way with drinks at 17:00. Lunch will be included.
During t he PhD day, both internal and external ABRI PhD candidates will prese nt their work in progress. In doing so, our PhDs will demonstrate wha t is new and exciting in their research, and in return will receive c onstructive feedback on their work from senior faculty members and co lleagues.
This will be a great occasion to celebrate the progress that these PhD candidates have made so far, to give feedback on their work in progress, and to strengthen our multidisciplinary r esearch community.
Next to the presentations and paper di scussions, there will be both an information session and a panel disc ussion on writing good grant proposals, facilitated by the VU grant o ffice and renowned scholars from our ABRI community.
