On 3 April, it's tim e to get moving during your work/study day! Getting up from behind yo ur desk and joining a short walk will make you more productive, energ etic and healthy. So join our short lunch walk!

Why tak e part?

So join the Walk during your day @VU! On 3 April, we will gather at 12.45 at the Student Wellbeing Point (SWP), after w hich we will take a walk together for about half an hour. After the w alk, we will return to the SWP to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea and a piece of banana bread!

Drum up your fellow students and colleag ues to join in. Together, we will take steps towards a healthier work and study day!
