Earth Surface - Track Earth, Economics & Sustainability

Want to learn all about the natural processes shaping the Earth’s surface? Then the minor Earth Sciences track Earth Surface is just the thing for you. Check here whether you meet the admission requirements and find out how to apply.

This minor is suitable for undergraduate students Earth, Economics and Sustainability (Aarde, Economie en Duurzaamheid starting 2020-21); for these students the choice for Wis- en Natuurkunde (Dutch) and Geochemie (Dutch) provides the option for admission to the follow-up Earth&Climate MSc-track of Earth Sciences at VU Amsterdam.

Admission and registration

  • Admission

    This minor is suitable for undergraduate students Earth, Economics and Sustainability. Students from other programmes or universities please send a brief CV with grade list to the minor-track coordinator Dr. Kay Beets c.j.beets@vu.nl. Admission will be based on previous education and achieved grades.

    The minor is open to exchange and Semester in Amsterdam students.
