Leadership is one of the most researched topics in many disciplines in the social sciences (e.g., management, organizational psychology, political science). From boardrooms to startups, from public institutions to governments to non-profit organizations, leadership shapes outcomes, cultures, and the future of organizations and societies.
Through expert-led lectures, feedback sessions, and track-based workshops (conceptual papers, systematic literature review, and qualitative, or quantitative studies), participants will learn how to craft strong theoretical contributions, navigate peer review, and position their work for publication. Whether at the idea stage or nearing submission, the course helps sharpen arguments, enhance rigor, and learn about journal expectations.
