Who can join?
The target audience of this winter school consists of PhD students and early-career researchers (1-6 years after PhD) in fields, such as management, leadership, organization, organizational psychology and entrepreneurship. Because the core objective of the winter school is to foster high-quality, interdisciplinary research in the field of leadership, the program is open to both internal and external participants, including those with diverse academic backgrounds.
To make the most of the winter school, we strongly encourage participants to work on a concrete research project (e.g., dissertation chapter or an academic paper) during the course. Throughout the winter school, participants will receive in-depth feedback and tailored guidance on their project. Given the interdisciplinary expertise of the course organizers, research projects from all areas of the social sciences (e.g., management, psychology, political science) are welcome.
If you have doubts about your eligibility for the course, please contact us: graduatewinterschool@vu.nl.
